It started with collaborating with our client Sanwa Supply, this new semi-automatic welding processing method is designed and developed in order to improve the performance of the LAN cables and to reduce the contact resistance.
The welded RJ45, replacing the traditional RJ45, and the semi-automatic welding process is adopted to improve the contact stability of the conductor and the contact, to reduce the contact resistance, and the temperature rise during long-term high-power transmission. It ensures the best performance for PoE devices.
Equipped with an industrial-grade drag chain PUR jacket, it can enhance the physical properties, such as rocking resistance, oil resistance, wear resistance, and weather resistance.
